This is my schedule for 2009, pretty ambitious, culminating in my goal of the full Ironman distance triathlon (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run) in the IM Arizona in Tempe, AZ. Also, I’m happy that I made the lottery into the Escape from Alcatraz tri, which is supposed to be a lot of fun (and difficult, as well)
